Stayed here for the price and location. No frills old but everything worked and the overall seemed clean.

Good location

The cons were that it was outdated and needs a lot repaired or updated. The pro was the fridge/freezer but mostly the location. Close to several stores, 5 min from beach and within 15-20 min to aquarium.
