For the price & location, it was a steal! The weather was amazing!!! I was able to stay in a clean room with a clean bathroom. I did have to put things by the room adjacent to the room since the lock was on the other side of the room and could hear the TV in the other room. The fire place was a very nice touch.

There was one front desk person that told me that I had to pay a $20 early check in fee if my room was available before the 4pm check in time. Went back about an hour later & the other person said I didn’t have to do that. Also you could hear everything in the room including the person next door to use laughing through the walls. Then the upstairs was so loud it sounded like the ceiling was going to fall in. The pictures were shaking on the wall that’s how loud it was.

The front door wouldn't open for me to get checked in. I pounded until a guest walking inside noticed, and notified the front desk. They eventually had someone from their maintenance team open the door from the inside so I could check in. That should have been my clue! The pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting! Greenish-brown water. This was supposed to be a special trip for my Granddaughter who was celebrating her 12th birthday with her cousins. The kids were all very excited about the trip and packed all of their swimming gear. When we entered the pool area, our hearts sunk! They were so disappointed! There was no way I was going to allow my Grandchildren to swim in such disgusting water. I realized this property is under new management, but this experience rates at the top as unacceptable.

We had a great stay with our 2 kids for the night. Room was clean and quiet for the most part. Neighbors woke us up in the middle of the night playing loud music but a quick call down to the front desk and they made sure to quiet them down. Beds were comfortable. We loved the pool and hot tub and easy parking. Will definitely stay again.

The beds were hard and lumpy. The rooms were dingey, and dated. Elevator had to be the slowest on the planet. Not impressed at all. Won't be back.

Property was under remodel they had let us know at check jn, which was no concern as we understood it was the off season. But the property was so dirty. The area around the pool was the worst. My husband accidentally dropped his towel and when he picked it uo it was brown. The water was also very cloudy. There were week spots in our floor where if you step it was sucken in. The dishwasher was missing and there was no dish soap to do dishes, only dish washer pods. We were not told there would not be maid service during our stay. Overall that would hvae been fine but atleast a garbage check and clean towel sofr a 4 day stay would have been nice.

The front doors getting into the building kept getting stuck we were stuck outside 3 times. no towels in the pool area. Elevators were super slow. Most the vending machines weren’t working. Remote for tv in room was broke. Kitchen sink had a terrible smell

We really liked our room with the small kitchen/breakfast bar. The only thing that we needed was a cookie sheet to cook in the oven, but there were pots and pans. Pool and hot tub area was fun amd pretty cool to see the beach from inside this area. My kids and I had Christmas here and it was great. We really liked having Mo's so close and all the shops and beach were in walking distance. Definitely coming back!

Great location. Do not get the executive suite. It is right beside the fitness center and the walls are not sound proofed at all. The room is very dated. It looks like they are renovating the lobby, hopefully the room will be too. The staff is absolutely wonderful! 💯
