High price compare to service and position

It was ok stay at the property. The owner is easy going, however, i observed some tension and confusion with a lady who identified herself as the house care taker, not infront of guests please! Property were close to a couple attractions, stingray and turtle city. Very small Island, not much to do.

Sitting on the terrace looking out over the water and green hills with flowers and birds was so tranquil and lovely.

Even though Expedia confirmed our reservation they said they were in an oversold position and we could not stay there once we travelled to the location.

Dear Tom,We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that was caused by this situation. We had a guest show up at last minute, similar to your requirement due to a flight cancellation, and before the system was adjusted, your reservation was received. We messaged you promptly to advise of the overbooking and could not contact you by phone because the number you provided was incomplete. We are sorry that you arrived at the location, and if it was at all possible, we would have been most happy to provide you with accommodation. Again, so sorry for this turn of events.

Manager and owner very helpful, courteous and attentive to my needs. Room was very clean. Garden is wonderful and peaceful. View of bay.
