I enjoyed the stay, staff was great except for one man that served me on the last day, he was very abrassive and not so friendly. Sadly I did not get their names, the lady was great, Asian guy was great too, the other guy (possibly in his 40s) wasn't as great.

It was not what was portrayed in the booking. There was a prostitute there waiting for business. The door looked as if it had been broke in to and “fixed”. The windows were unlocked which was weird. The head board of the bed was a cork board…signs on the toilets…on and on

John, This is the manager at Americas Inn and Suite, and I would like to address a comment you had made about a "prostitute there waiting for business" We here at Americas Inn and Suite DO NOT allow those kinds of activities on the property. There being prostitutes on the streets is not Americas Inn and Suite problem. There is a reason for us to have all guest sign an agreement form that way they know that Americas Inn and Suite does not allow these activities. Seeing that there is an issue of a female waiting you see at prostitution or if it really is then please contact the City of Seattle for there are all there. The sign on the toilet is a friendly reminder but it not so serious to make it a "1/5 rate stay" You opinion is your own and we wish you the best.
