Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat property with everything you need and some things you didn’t know you needed. Owner extremely responsive. Only complaint is the door entry code lock. For some reason, I had trouble I had trouble with it. Nice backyard patio.

Another great stay!
Publié le 17 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is my 4th or 5th stay at the Ballard Studio. As always, it’s very clean and very convenient to my son’s house. Now in late Spring, the backyard is beautiful and inviting.
But I will continue to stay here because Monica and Mario go above and beyond as hosts. This time I really wanted to watch an award show on TV. I couldn’t get it to work so first Monica and then Mario came over on a SUNDAY afternoon to set it up so I could watch the show. And it was Fathers’ Day! They took care of their guest anyway. Thank you again for making everything perfect!
