The staff was very helpful. The willingness for them to pick you up and drop you off at the tram was a pure blessing. This will be my only hotel when visiting Seattle.

Stayed one night after a long day of flights. Exactly what we needed with quick pickup from the airport included and full breakfast bar as well.

I had a late flight so I wanted to check in early and I was charged an extra $30. No consideration was given even though I explained that I was checking out at 9pm
