I checked into my room put my stuff down, hung up my coats and went to the bathroom to notice that the towels were dirty, the bathroom had not been cleaned from the last guest. I called and they changed my room but I had get all my stuff together again to go back downstairs to get set up for another room. My key on the second day wasn’t working so I had to go back downstairs for them to give me another key! It was unclean and inconvenient, the staff was nice but I’d appreciate a clean room and to not be inconvenienced by the improperly working facility.

Our flight was canceled and we were in a jam found this property online and the price was AMAZING so we booked. The shuttle picked us up and they even sent us a link see we could watch them arrive on the map. Check in was a breeze and the rooms were VERY clean and BEAUTIFUL. Breakfast was good with many options. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved how many amenities were offered. The only thing that was a bummer was that the pool was closed for maintenance. This could have been posted on the site because it was specifically chosen for a hotel with a pool and great rating. When we found out the pool was closed we were sadly disappointed. The hostess offered us an upgrade which was nice, but doesn’t replace not having a pool. Otherwise this facility is pretty excellent and offers a grand breakfast, plus cookies when you come in for the evening!

Our stay was very relaxing, however there were a few problems. The hand held shower was broken. I’m sure shampoo etc is supposed to be eco friendly, but it was not friendly for me because it was empty, as was the lotion near the sink
