The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. Knowing we were traveling with an infant, they allowed us to check in early and check out later. The hotel appeared to be in a safe area. Many restaurants, a park and a grocery store are located within walking distance. If you are traveling alone or with another person, the hotel does offer complimentary rides to nearby areas in a passenger vehicle.

The hotel was fine. Bed was comfy, rooms are spacious although outdated. Check in was a mess. We first got a key that didn’t work, then were given a key to a room that clearly someone else was occupying as their bags were in the room when we entered. Finally we got in our room on the third try. There was no one answering for room service when we tried that in the morning (during open hours) so we ended up doing DoorDash instead which I imagine was better food for a better cost. They seemed understaffed and were more focused on pouring wine for customers than checking people in. The valet was great!! It was a fine experience but would not stay here again.
