The hotel is old, and the rooms were not very clean. It was quite discusting to be honest.
Hotel staff was not friendly at all either - and is thhe only doube tree i stayed at that does not offer cookies.

The hotel and staff were great and will stay at hotel again, it would of been great if a microwave was in the room.

I like my room. Because I had stayed there before and chose my room. It’s just too bad had such a bad experience with a waitress. It was embarrassing, and I will never have my family meet me there for dinner again

We had stayed at this hotel in the past, numerous times, so when we came to Seattle for a concert at Climate Pledge Arena, we figured this hotel would be the easiest as we could walk to the airport and take the light rail first to downtown Seattle, and then hop on the monorail to the Arena.
The man that checked us in at the front desk was very nice, but very to-the-point, no idle chit chat. We did have one question about the times for the light rail and he was a little vague, but we figured it out online so wasn't a big deal. And we got our cookies which were amazing as usual!
We were in the 5th wing, room 5220, and since we had been before, we knew it was going to be quite a hike from the front desk. We drove around so we could get closer to the wing, and found very little parking available. For the size of the hotel, it would seem like there should be more parking available. And having motorhomes and trailers parked all amongst the smaller vehicles made it a bit of a nightmare trying to park properly.
Our room was clean (but dated) and the bed comfortable. We were really disappointed that the room did not have a mini-fridge in it!! I can get a room at a $60/night motel and it have a mini-fridge, so this was a huge miss on the hotel's part.
We also had a very slow draining tub - nothing like taking a shower with soapy water up to your ankles!!
Overall it was a good visit, but there are definitely some things that can be improved!
