The hotel is old, and the rooms were not very clean. It was quite discusting to be honest.
Hotel staff was not friendly at all either - and is thhe only doube tree i stayed at that does not offer cookies.

The hotel and staff were great and will stay at hotel again, it would of been great if a microwave was in the room.

I like my room. Because I had stayed there before and chose my room. It’s just too bad had such a bad experience with a waitress. It was embarrassing, and I will never have my family meet me there for dinner again

Love the fact that they offered a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and if you needed to go to the cruise tunnel they will transport you for a small fee.

A/C in room was not good and the directions to our room could have been better with the staff knowing how to explain the directions and speak clearly.
