There’s a charge for overnight parking that I was not made aware of. I saw the charge on my credit card statement. It is fine, I just wish that I was told at check-in. Overall I would stay here with my family(two young children) again.

Perfect location for our Seattle vacation. We loved the 5:30 -7 snacks in the lobby and the fun atmosphere of the hotel.

Everything was great with the room and breakfast, but we never could get housekeeping to clean our room over the 3 night stay. The first morning the staff started to clean but left the room mid way and left our sleeping pillows on the floor, trash full and they never came back. We thought maybe we needed to up the tip, so we did that. But when we left early morning and came back at night housekeeping never came and never cleaned the room. We called the front desk and asked what happened and they apologized but no offer to clean the room. We got a trash bag full of clean towels and was pretty much SOL.

They charge to park in their own parking lot. The charges to bring an extra blanket. The mattress on the pull out bed was so thin as to be non-existent and painful to sleep on. We had to purchase a mattress topper to make it tolerable. The towels were like sandpaper, and you had to pay for wifi
