We were in awe of how nice the hotel entrance and lobby once we got off the elevator from the parking lot. The pullout bed could have been better. My husband slept on it with the 2 sheets given. I had to call the next day for a blanket for cushioning and for us to use as a blanket. We were told that our room was upgraded from what was offered but I think the 2 queens would have been best.

Hotel staff were helpful! One odd thing was the door for the bathroom was a barn door style and was not lockable. We had an “accessible” unit so that may be why. Not a terrible thing but just an odd choice for a door to a bathroom!

The one criteria we had was a hotel near downtown that had a hot tub. And it was closed for maintenance for the entire trip. Pretty disappointing, but, the rooms were clean.

Thanks to the entire staff! My bartender Rebecca . The restaurants on the property were great. The reception hour was great. If your taking Amtrak it’s literally next door. Pike Market and Ivars is a long walk but fun. Just wear comfortable clothes and shoes

The only disappointment I had was the lack of a functional hot-tub, (waiting for a part to arrive): which was the main reason I decided to stay there, the other was the next door access to the train station, (Amtrak). Complimented with a breakfast everyday, and 2 free drinks of Beer, Wine or spirits was a nice touch as well. Room was quite spacious, almost like a bachelor Suite.
