Hotel is beautiful however we like to explore the area we are staying in. Unfortunately there were a lot of homeless and mentally ill folks in the road and surrounding areas which made evening walking and driving in the area uncomfortable snd at times unsafe. It is the reality of the world that we live in at times but for the amount it cost to stay we assumed it was in a relatively safe and family friendly area.

We stayed one night and got in fairly late. Didn't check the bed before getting in it. Found out the next morning there were stains that looked to be blood or worse on top sheet and bottom sheet.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. A quick walk to the stadium and a fun longer walk to Pike Street. Room was cleaned daily and early. Breakfast had great options. Will stay here again.
