Overall, it was good. Spacious room, nice breakfast, and enjoyable happy hour. The place could use some updates, but it’s well-maintained. Also, it was quiet—no noise from other rooms, which was a plus.

Staff are lovely and have been the same staff for a long time. It’s nice to see their smiling faces. Breakfast is awesome! The train goes all the way to Lynnwood now which is just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. There’s seems to be unhoused people and garbage along the route from the hotel to the train station. The elevators seem to be slow and usually broken down which is fine, I always take the stairs anyways but the stairwell does smell very bad and needs a good cleaning. Overall, we loved our stays and we keep coming back! Thank you!

The checking is in was very disorganized impatient and rude to my 80 year old mom.
