Une seule personne a l’accueil pour accueillir 15 personnes et tant pis si vous voulez récupérer une valise dans leur local de stockage pour vous rendre à l’aéroport au risque de louper votre avion.

The app they recommend you download the flexi key pass does not work it did not work for me or a few other guests I talked to in the elevator. Other than that the hotel gave me a physical keycard soon as I requested one and we had a pleasant stay.

We liked the location, front desk guy was wonderful at check in. Very courteous, and knowledgeable. Things we didnt like.....very loud, they gave us 1 pair of ear plugs even though there two of us. The rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller. The bed was conformable, tv was great size. You can hear the people talking in the rooms next to you.

No view out of 1 bedroom suite looks at alley and old run down building. Pictures are false photoshopped highly edited.

Room wouldn't heat up. Shower was only warm not hot. False advertisement when booked room states lodge is still open and pics show bath tub both were incorrect!
