Nous avons été très bien accueillis, à notre arrivée la chambre était très propre, pas d’odeur de cuisine, le seul bémol c’est que le ménage n’est pas fait en semaine dans la chambre. Le personnel est très gentil et polis, le service petit déjeuner est complet. Un magasin est à proximité (Target) très bien pour quelques achats alimentaires. Nous avons donc réservé à nouveau pour la semaine prochaine. Je recommande cet hôtel.

I wish I could give 0 star for this mean horrible manager and very stinge way run hotel. We arrived in this city early morning, so had to wait until 3pm but my daughter was really sick before figure skate competition, so I asked favor any chance to check in earler. One counter worker said she can let us check-in at 1:30. When we got there other manager (very skinny dark hair very unkind face expression and voice) said NO. After chechk-in, inside of room made me seriouly disappoint. one sop bar, one tiny shampoo, no lotion, no conditioner, no lotion, No kichen stuff at all (you need to ask evet

I don’t think I’d stay here again. The ability to cook in the rooms is convenient, but the smells were overwhelming to me. The soap pucks were too small for a week’s stay for one person. The bed was comfortable, but the proximity to major roads and highways made the room quite noisy and presumably wouldn’t work for light sleepers. If not for the food smells, cleanliness would be 4 stars.

Charged me $48 on top of the Expedia reservation saying they were overbooked and I needed to upgrade
