1. Pee smell in the bathrooms. When we complained about it, they sprayed tons of strong room freshener to overwhelm the smell. 2. The toilet seat in one of the rooms was wiggly and possibly leaking into the floor, potentially causing the pee smell. 3. The hooks to hang clothes in the bathrooms were broken. 4. We left our plates and utensils outside our room after dinner. They were still there 48 hours later when we were checking out. 5. Restaurant staff is absolutely amazing and take care of your really well, with a smile on their faces.

The phone wasn’t working in our room. We kept getting calls with no one on the other side. We had to just unplug the phone from the wall as the calls were coming in at all times of the day/night. We also had security knock on the door at 12:30 am. The bed was very firm and the pillows flat.

Honestly the hotel was solid. Like a C . But 25 dollars for a buffet breakfast is absolutely asinine. Especially if you just get a few pieces of bacon and oatmeal. Do better.

My check- in was a surprise. Make sure when you reserve your date on Hotels.com that you pay your stay then…and get a confirmation number. Otherwise, you’ll have to pay a much higher amount. I had to negotiate with the check-in manager to get a lower final price… but was still higher. As for the room.. 2 elevators were’nt working. And the phone in the room wouldn’t let me schedule a wake-up call….i had to go through the hotel operator.
