I didn’t even stay because AC was broke and said I was getting a refund. I still haven’t gotten a refund almost a month after the fact.

Don't expect any "upscale" experience. The photo makes the facility look new but it's really dingy and quite old, very disappointing in person. Even the ice machine on our floor was broken with parts hanging down from it, while the matching machine on another floor had the lower grating completely broken out. And parking for $25/night? They have tons of property and were not clear about the parking charges until we checked out.
The main issue was just the age and physical condition of the hotel - for $300/night it was not even "average".
The property is right on a major freeway, but the vast majority of the noise is filtered out by having two terrace doors, at least in our room.

The breakfast buffet is awful! It tasted stale and like it was left overs from a couple days before! The hash browns were inedible! They were hard! The pastries were stale and the coffee tasted diluted! It cost us 137.00 and we literally left everything on our plate. The strawberries were the only decent food. The bed sheets and pillows smelled like sweat. Customer service was great, but they didn’t tell us there was a parking fee so that was disappointing! We have stayed here before, and there was no issues is why we came back. But unfortunately they missed the mark this time!

Staff was friendly. Cleanliness was topnotch. No issues as such.
