My kids loved it and staff were super welcoming! I wish I had known parking was going to be an extra $44 prior to booking, but overall the stay was good! My only other problem was the lack of channels on the tv, and the smart tv had no Internet access so the kids were bored after the swim.

Staff is not professional, breakfast is very poor , Water drained slowly in the bathroom sink. Will not book this hotel anymore. Very disappointed with this Hilton.

Not value for money at all !!!!

For the price we paid, we had expected at least a complimentary bottled water per guest a day which wasn’t the case. I think charging $2.50 for the most basic necessity - is simply greed on the part of the hotel. We have not been to a hotel in recent times that charges for this. A bottle each per guest per day is reasonable. Not having daily housekeeping is the other thing. If you’re a best western hotel I can understand as you get what you paid for but we paid over US$350 per night for a room in this hotel, I think daily housekeeping should have been at the VERY base of service we expect ! We have to inform guest reactions we need this service as it’s not automatic. Location is great ! Restaurant menu is limited and not really great on quality or value. One last thing, we had housekeeping knocking at our door at 9 am wanting to clean our room on the morning of check out ! Perhaps they should do this after 10am since that is the official check out time ! It felt like we e been rushed out ! Strange !

We really liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk and bar service staff. We did have an unexpected parking charge on our credit card which was not explained nor expected. When I called I was told the charge would be reversed. If not for that, the rating would be 5 star.
