Clean hotel and great location
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe showed up at 4 to check in and found our room wasn't ready. We needed to meet some people at th baseball game. We filled out all of the paperwork so when we got back we could grab our key and head to the room since it was going to be late. We got back at 11 and had to wait about 15 min for the front desk clerk to help us. We had to fill out all of the paperwork again, little frustrating. Hope it was just a one off since the rest of stay was pleasant.
The hotel was super clean and beds soft.

Love this property! This was my second time staying here. It's convenient from the airport (shuttle service) and very close to Southcenter mall and restaurants. It's also close to the Tukwila light rail station. The free breakfast was pretty good too with decent hot options as well as fruits and pastries. Coffee is available at all times in the lobby, which we LOVED since we are late in the day coffee drinkers.

Overall stay was great! Only bad part was the breakfast. Every day we got there between 9 and 10(kids wanted to sleep in) and there was not much left. And the staff said they weren't making/putting out more and were semi rude about it. Other than that our stay was great!

Went out of their way to make sure we got to the hotel after our flight was delayed and their free shuttle had stopped running for the night. We appreciate it greatly since we picked this hotel specifically for the convenience and savings of the free airport shuttle. Thanks!
