The room looked like a third-rate facility. Furniture looked bad. Considering what they charged for the place, it was not good. No signs at the front area indicating that it was Kasa. The building had a smell when I was walking in the hallway.

A few lighting fixtures were inoperative. Dining area was extremely dark
