Rude front desk staff
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe front desk staff were condescending when I told them one of my two keys were not working. Instead of fixing the key, they treated me like I didn’t know how to use the key or understand simple instructions for the elevator.

THIS IS LITERALLY AN OVERPRICED MOTEL. Dingy, wallpaper in the bathroom falling off, the bathrooms need a major update. It honestly feels like the rooms need to get inspected to see if you find hidden cameras inside the rooms. Something about it feels so sleezy and unsafe. The only good thing about it was the proximity to Pike Market.
