On nous a fait attendre pour le check-in dans un lobby en construction 20 minutes et pour nous faire le check-in un homme nous a sifflé pour nous aviser qu’ils étaient prêt….pas de sourire , pas d’excuse…en construction ok mais mais se faire siffler jamais !!!!, pas d’ascenseur fonctionnel, et personne en parle…. ma chambre était au 4e étage…..bravo, si au moins ils offraient l’aide pour les valises…ben non….installation, commodité correcte, propre…non je n’y retournerai pas….

Dear Edith, Lamento las molestias que le causó esperar para registrarse mientras se realizaban obras en el vestíbulo. Nuestro objetivo es brindar un servicio rápido, pero en épocas de mucho trabajo y con personal limitado, los tiempos de espera pueden ser más largos. Lamento que su experiencia de registro no haya sido satisfactoria y lamento la falta de una cálida bienvenida y el uso de un silbato, que no refleja nuestros estándares de servicio. En cuanto a los problemas con el ascensor, entiendo lo frustrante que fue no tener un ascensor en funcionamiento y tener que llevar su equipaje hasta el cuarto piso. Estamos trabajando activamente para resolver estos problemas y agradecemos su paciencia durante este período de renovación. También lamento que no se le haya ofrecido asistencia con su equipaje. Nos esforzamos por brindar un servicio atento y apoyo a todos nuestros huéspedes y lamento que no hayamos estado a la altura en este caso. Sus comentarios son importantes para nosotros y los utilizaremos para mejorar nuestro servicio e instalaciones. I apologize for the inconvenience of waiting for check-in while the lobby is under construction. We aim to provide prompt service, but during busy times with limited staff, wait times can occasionally be longer. I regret that your check-in experience was less than satisfactory, and I’m sorry for the lack of a warm welcome and the use of a whistle, which is not reflective of our service standards. Regarding the elevator issues, I understand how frustrating it was to have no working elevator and to have to carry your luggage up to the fourth floor. We are actively working to resolve these issues and appreciate your patience during this period of renovation. I also regret that assistance with your luggage was not offered. We strive to provide attentive service and support to all our guests, and I’m sorry we fell short in this instance. Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to improve our service and facilities.

Tout à été parfait côté hébergement. Concernant la navette de l'hôtel pour l'aéroport, présente et bien à l'heure mais le conducteur hier au 26 août 2023 11h00 très désagréable. Sinon l'accueil et le service de l'hôtel très très bien et gentil. Merci beaucoup 👍😉

Dommage ils effectue des rénovations mais sont resté ouvert donc plus de commodité annoncé…. Aucun produits en vente , piscine fermée, pas de services , un ascenseur fonctionnel et lent Par-contre le prix est resté le même

L endroit etait sympa mais 2 fois les femmes de menages sont rentres dans notre chambre sans notre permission et on a ete retenu en otage 3hrs pour essayer de nous vendre des parts de l hotel. Si tu veux qu on achete donne nous du temps. Ne force pas les personnes a prendre un decison en 1 hrs.

The staff was the best part…. They were very helpful and friendly to me at check in and check out. They also helped me when I had contacted them about forgetting my medication that I forgot to take out of the refrigerator in my room to pack for my trip back home!?! I didn’t realize that I had forgotten until my shuttle was on its way out of town. The staff helped me by finding the medication and were very happy to arrange sending it to me…. Because of the fact that I would be needing it in only a few days, I let them know I would prefer to drive the two hours back in my car which they were very accommodating to do!!!

No breakfast or help with luggage when elevator out. Had to carry luggage up 4 flights. Dirty,awful

I knew ahead of time that the elevators were not working and I appreciated that. They were able to get me a room on the second floor and an employee helped take my luggage upstairs which I was very appreciative of. The lighting in the halls and stairways is too dim and made it feel less safe.

Hotel muy viejo, sucio, en remodelación, ninguno de los elevadores servía, nos dieron la habitación en el 4 piso

Entiendo sus inquietudes y quiero aclarar que somos conscientes de que este es un edificio antiguo, por lo que estamos realizando amplias renovaciones para actualizar las instalaciones. Los ascensores actualmente no funcionan debido a problemas mecánicos y estamos en proceso de reconstruirlos por completo. Agradecemos su paciencia durante esta transición y esperamos brindar una experiencia mucho mejor una vez que se completen las renovaciones.
