I had high hopes for this hotel based on the photos, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. First off, it’s located in an awkward, hard-to-access area that felt really isolated. The hotel itself was much smaller and older than it looked online, and honestly, it gave off more of a cheap motel vibe than anything else.
When I arrived, the reception area was completely empty. There was a note instructing guests to call a number for assistance. I called, and after a long wait, a woman finally showed up… from upstairs, which made me think the owners live on-site. The whole thing just felt unprofessional and a little creepy.
The overall vibe was so off and unsettling that I didn’t even stay the night. I decided to cut my losses and book a room at a nearby name-brand hotel instead. I didn’t even check out the rooms because the quality of everything else was so poor, I didn’t want to take the risk.
If you’re considering this place, I’d recommend looking elsewhere, especially if you’re expecting anything close to what the photos suggest. It’s just not worth it.

Quiet, location convenient to grocery stores, shops, entering/leaving traffic, etc. Protected parking.
I learned last time I stayed that one needs to request a microwave ahead of time, if you want one in your room. I did that; it was there.
Love this place and the woman who works there.
Next time I will get her name! There will be a next time.

There was no one at the front desk the whole stay, we had to wait 15 min for someone to come down and check us in. There were dirty sheets stored in the cabinets under the TV. Halfway through the stay our key stoped working, when we called to inquire the lady told us she had to change our keys and to just grap the new keys off the front desk.

Nice stay. Kind of a do-it-yourself check-in process. Fun walking and beautiful views during our walk. Cover picture of the lake is about 1 mile from the hotel. Fun walk through Google. Our stay was quiet, clean and nice.

Beautiful hidden gem in Kirkland

The personal service from Sahar was amazing. It is convenient and the rooms are very nice. We had a great view from our room. We will absolutely stay when we are here next time.
