Avis Luxury ocean/sunset view resort w/pool and spa

This rental was booked for our family vacation for a week. The views did not disappoint! It had the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen! The property is large and gated and the house is well appointed. Downtown Edmonds is walkable with several beaches nearby. The landscaping can definitely use some TLC along with improved communication from the host. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property and would recommend it.

Our family had a wonderful two day stay. The owner and property manager were responsive during check in and during our stay. The property has an amazing view and great amenities! Hope to visit again next summer.
