Un séjour de deux jours parfait,le personnel est très attentif et personnalisée. Nous avons même eu droit à une mise à niveau de notre chambre .
Le restaurant L’olivier nous avons adoré ce Bistro
Seul bémol l’insonorisation, la première nuit nous n’avons pas dormis avant 6 heures am . Nos voisins ont fait des galipettes, parler et rient toute la nuit . La nuit suivante fut plus reposante.

Very disappointed..
Publié le 23 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe already stayed in this hotel several times but I have to say we have been very disappointed during this stay: When we arrived, we were allocated a room with two windows opening onto a narrow roof and blocked by a very high wall 2 meters away. No view. No light. An oppressive atmosphere.
The roof contained the hotel's ventilation block, which was very noisy, and was also littered with rubbish and structural debris. A shame to propose such a room for a cost of $200 per night!
We asked to change our room. We were proposed to pay $60 more per night to get a suite instead ot this first room.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, but we really felt like we had been ripped off.
We were supposed to return to this hotel at the end of our stay in the US. We canceled our second reservation.

It appears that your original reservation was for an accessible room so we are pleased we were able to move you. As to the debris, our apologies, we should have mentioned we were in the midst of a project to remove older equipment and again our apologies. The items have since been cleared away. We wish you safe travels and hope to have another opportunity to have you stay with us in the future.

Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The building was gorgeous and the room surpassed my expectations. I could not have asked for a better place to stay and will hopefully be back!
