We try to arrange our cleanings at least a couple of days before and after your arrival and departure so our home can be more cleaned and have more space between renters to help with the COVID situation. If you need to arrive early or check out late, please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

Welcome to your home away from home! Comfort, beauty, and elegant awaits you in this new built multi-level modern townhouse. The townhouse is located in a safe neighborhood in the Heart of West Seattle. This property is sparkling clean and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, rooftop patio, and outdoor parking space dedicated to the property with about 1,400 sq-ft of living space. This property can accommodate up to 6 people.

As you enter the home through the white glass door, you will see the polished modern wood staircase and beautiful railing leading you to the second level open living space. The open living space concept of family, dining, and kitchen make entertaining family and friends fun and easy. You will adore the beautiful oversized large windows allowing the natural daylight to enter and tree views. On a Seattle raining day, you could sit by the windows, listen to the rain drops while sipping on some hot cup of coffee / flavor tea having an enjoyable conservation or a peaceful time. The kitchen is equipped for cooking a gourmet meal and dine with your love ones. The second floor has a mini-split air conditioner unit.

In the spacious master room located on the third level, you will find a comfortable king bed with hotel style luxury bed sheets, two separate closets with sliding doors, two side tables, oversized large windows, and a private bathroom. The master bedroom sits away from the other two bedrooms in its own separate floor of the home and has a mini-split air conditioner unit. Also, on this floor is a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer for your use.

The guest rooms are located on the first level along with a bathroom in the hallway. One room has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Each room has a side table, closet with sliding doors, and window with modern shades. You will find each room with extra bedsheets if you desire to change them during your stay.

Please note that this property requires several flights of stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

The rooftop space with a view of the Alki Beach and tall trees with orange-yellow color leaves during fall seasons creates a beautiful and peaceful ambience.

Guests have access to the unit dedicated, off-street parking spot. There is also open first-come, first-serve street parking right in front of the property.

Enjoy the best of West Seattle’s growing urban mix in the Delridge Valley and Junction District. The property is minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shops in West Seattle and about 5 miles away from Downtown Seattle. You will be walking distance from public transportation, taking the Metro bus to Downtown Seattle, University District, and Seattle Center in minutes. The bus will also take you to the Alaska Junction Station for light rail to downtown, the sports stadium area, and Sea-Tac airport. Less than 10 minute drive to Alki Beach and Park. About 20 minutes from the Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA) Airport.

NO PETS and NO SMOKING: Unfortunately, due to guests allergies, we cannot have pets of any kind. No smoking is allowed within the property as well as the balcony. Any violation of the pet and smoking policy will incur a fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove odors from property and linens. Thank you for kindly obeying this rule.

Local resident restrictions apply. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

Garbage day is on Tuesdays. Guest must be willing to assist with the rolling trash bins in or out if the reservation dates are on this day. A map of where the trash bins need to be for trash pick up will be provided.

Perfect for the weekend
We had 6 people in our group, and the house was perfect for that number of people. We came to Seattle for a Mariner's game, so it was also a great location. Very safe part of town, just down the road from a Trader Joe's too. Everything was very clean. If i could offer advise to improve the property, it would be to have a larger couch or more comfy chairs in the living room so everyone can sit comfortably to watch the tv together at the same time. I would have also liked an additional lock on the front door, maybe a chain or latch of some kind.

This property was as presented. It was well cleaned, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There were six of us and it accommodated us well. The only downside, there were not enough coffee cups or dishes for the six of us. Most items were for 4 people. There were not enough towels, not even one for each of us. That is an easy fix for the owner though.

I live in West Seattle and rented this fantastic townhome for my mom and aunt, who visited for a week. It is in a walkable and safe neighborhood, close to coffee and book shops, restaurants, and my favorite neighborhood grocery store. The rooftop deck is a bonus - we relaxed every evening and soaked in the sunsets. Excellent and attentive communication from the property owner and great amenities. You will enjoy this rental!

The unit was newer, clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We had 5 adults in the unit. There are a lot of stairs to manage. Extra towels are needed in the unit. It sleeps 6 and we only had enough towels for 5 and only 2 washcloths. Overall we were happy with the accommodations.

Everything we needed!
The property was so very nice and clean and had everything you needed for a 3-4 day stay from cleaning supplies, toiletries, plenty of utensils and dinnerware. My only suggestion is a few more towels (there were five us and three females so we tend to use two towels per female!) and maybe some kitchen tongs for cooking, but we made it happen otherwise, washed towels daily and they provided detergents which was a bonus. The area was a great location, not too far of a drive to all the touristy downtown stuff but also its own vibe with all the shops nearby. Communication was fantastic and check in was seamless. It was a lovely and very comfortable stay and would definitely rebook if we ever make it back!!

Great place to stay in West Seattle!
We brought our family of five for a five night stay, and the house had everything we needed! It was very clean upon arrival, and the parking was located very close to the front door. The kids were able to stay on the bottom floor, which gave us some privacy on the third floor master bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was also very quiet. The location is great, just a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle. We would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay in Seattle!

The property was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood, however its not very kid friendly, and they dont have a lot of things to cook with like salad bowls or pans for the oven. Also you share a wall with another unit so it can be VERY loud at times and the neighbors you share a wall with have a dog who isnt very quiet. I think there could have been more towels/washcloths but other than that, it was very relaxing, clean and open. There are 2 flights of steep stairs so just keep that in mind for elderly and kids. Had a good time all around though 😊

Casa Moderna is a very modern, clean, and well appointed rental with plenty of space for a family and more than enough for two! Living area (floor 2) is open to kitchen and well done. New, up to date appliances and well-cared for. Good selection of light cooking pans and utensils. Two full bathrooms on floors 1 and 3 are modern and pristine. Any small concerns were handled expeditiously by property manager and communication was timely and clear. Located about a 15-20 min walk to popular California Ave restaurants and shops, or easy 5 minute drive. Best of all—don’t miss the rooftop relaxation area (4th level), day or night, anytime of the year!

This house was everything promised and more! It was immaculate, beautifully designed and decorated, had everything we needed and more! It was within walking distance to Lincoln Park - if I lived there I would be walking there every evening to see the sunset! It was extremely obvious that the host wanted to provide nothing short of excellence for their customers! The bath towels were fabulous, the kitchen was well stocked, and ALL of the beds were incredibly comfortable! The host went above and beyond with easy-to-follow instructions for finding the property, locating the parking spot, set up a personalized door code, and even provided a check out checklist! The water view from the rooftop deck is beautiful! I can't wait to visit in this beautiful property again!
