Comfortable beds, cute rooms, very clean, excellent reception. There was construction in the small alley outside our window, even though we are on the fourth floor. It was very noisy in the afternoon and I think a pipe burst so they were doing loud construction at midnight and early in the morning. No noise from other rooms, it was all from outside. Even though it was winter, it was very hot in our room at times. It seemed like the temperature control in the room wasn’t really working. I reserved a nearby parking garage ahead of time, dropped my wife off and parked the car so knowing that in advance was helpful. Other than those issues, I really like this hotel.

The restaurant was great with an all-day menu and the staff at the bar was very accommodating. The lobby area/hang out space was very nice, with a hip vibe and comfortable. found the staff a bit diffident-- getting information about nearby amenities and restaurants seemed a bother-- limited in communication and not overly friendly. Rooms small and you must ask for them to be cleaned the night before.

The only plus for us was the proximity to the fish market. The mattress was terrible and the pillows were old and felt like it was packing popcorn inside. There was only one staff member including the restaurant that was friendly, not one smile from the rest. The water in the shower kept going cold and switching from rain shower to regular shower. If you don’t mind these inconveniences it’s an okay hotel I suppose. The price was reasonable but I understand why now.

Not great, but not terrible.
The service was not the best, my room was not serviced properly. The phones for outside calls don't work and the front desk didn’t know why ... Overall is not a bad hotel, but it does need improvement in service.

Perfect place to stay while in Seattle
Perfect place to stay while traveling Seattle. Cozy, Calm, Warm, Every experience in Palihotel was perfect to me. The Public Market was very closed to the hotel, also the First Starbucks too. I would like to visit again next time I visit Seattle again.

The decor was as pictured and simply beautiful! The staff was top notch and very serviceable. While I didn't get a chance to partake in the adjacent restaurant it was so nice to have that option for early morning breakfast or a dinner "in". Would love to check out all other Palihotels!

I chose this spot because of the location for my one night stay in Seattle to attend the symphony. I walked to the market and around for shopping and walked to symphony for the event. You have to have a lot of patience to get into the loading zone spot in front of the hotel entrance to be able to check in and then go park your car at a parking lot couple blocks away and do the same for check out. Hotel is beautifully done but somethings like the carpets and inside the elevator needs some updating. I enjoyed the restaurant and coffee shop very much and staff were nice and helpful. I will stay here again in the future.
