This property is very old and dated. The staff is very friendly. The shuttle for the airport is nice. "Convenient" would be the word I'd use to summarize my stay at this hotel.

It was surprisingly quiet. The olace was clean and the staff friendly.

No hot water and there was no possibility of getting repairs until long after were had to leave.

The check in clerk was on a personal call that was more important to our checking into the room. He did not tell us there was an elevator to the 2ed floor when we checked in. The room he exchanged us to, was a very difficult walk for 2 handicapped people. I have always been very satisfied with other Quality Inn personnel, but his mind was not on serving customers. There was another customer behind me, who was also left waiting.
