Love this place, safe neighborhood, room is clean and neat, shared bathroom is clean as well! Recommend to stay!

The only logical concern for this setup would be inconsiderate other guests that you have being loud or obnoxious at night, we are very lucky we did not have that. The king room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Owner was quickly responsive over text with any questions. Was nervous at first being our first time in Seattle but everything was great. So easy and great for the price.

I stayed here for three nights, came to Seattle for a conference. The room was clean, comfortable with a private bathroom outside of my room. The kitchen and common areas were clean. The owner sent me check-in information on time and I did not face any problem whatsoever.

What I liked was the attention to details. As I arrived later than intended the communication made it easy to find my room, especially as the lights automatically turned on once I opened the door. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Simple check in and out, nice clean rooms for reasonable price.
No useful public transportation around there, but it seems that they will have a new train station nearby in the near future? So nice to visitors.
