Télévision ne fonctionnait pas. À 350$ la nuit, c’est franchement ridicule…surtout que la réception nous a mis en attente et ne nous a jamais rappelés…

Great location to the airport…within walking distance, but shuttle provided if wanted. Shuttle and check- in staff were both friendly and efficient.

I forgot to mention when I checked out, there is a short in the plug-in in room 507. To the left of the coffee maker on the side of the countertop, the first plug-in (in the refrigerator area) has a short. Also the staff when I checked in was extremely efficient and kind people. All the airline employees were checking in also and their rooms were ready to go. I was impressed. I appreciate the location within walking of SEA, and the courtesy van is appreciated. It is much nicer to spend the 14 hours at the hotel rather than hanging out waiting for an international flight the next day at the airport.

Incredibly noisy location that needs to invest in sound deadening due to the highway traffic, not noise from the airport.

Check-in was chaotic. Two cruise ships arrived in pirt close together. There was easily 40 customers in the lovby trying to check-in. Two easy solutions would be to have customers write there name on a piece of paper with their arrival times. That stop the couple who arrives at 2:00 pm does not check-in prior to the couple who arrived at 9:46 am. Second, housekeeping could call the front desk as rooms became available and the front desk could check-in customers over time, instead of 40 people trying to check-in at 3:00 pm. The front desk staff remembered who arrived first, but not second, third or fourth. I understand that airline staff has priority, but they were only 20% of the customers. Just a thought from someone traind in Six-Sigma System Analysis.
