I stayed here overnight while visiting a friend. The room was neat and while not new, it wasn't shabby. There were no screens on the windows, and the drapes were too long to keep them closed and run the air conditioning or vent. What really soured my stay and convinced me never to stay here again? The check-in service. My friend booked the room for me via her expedia account, but it was booked in my name. When I got there, the front desk attendant wouldn't check me in because my name allegedly didn't match the one on the reservation. I told him that my married name was on the reservation. Though my driver's license still has my maiden name on it, I have other cards with my married name. He insisted that my friend had to be there to check me in. So I waited for my friend to show up. After several rounds of my friend insisting that her name was not on the reservation and him insisting that he needed her ID, he finally printed out the reservation to show up that he needed HER ID. Nope. Lo and behold, it was MY married name on the reservation! Just like I told him. So after I finally got checked in, the room I was given was NOT the room that was reserved. I specifically asked for and the reservation was for a roll-in shower. I have mobility issues, and this was a specific need. So we had to go through the hassle of requested and waiting and moving to the new room. It was all just too much for an overnight stay. I'll never stay here again.

There was blood on the walls of the first room so we got upgraded, thanks to Anand but very dirty, we had to get disinfectant to clean every thing. Couch had miscellaneous gross stains all over it, picture in room had broken jagged sharp glass in it, no "do not disturb signs" the front desk guy claims the cleaners have them... odd. Would not stay here again.

It’s a rundown hotel, everything is old and needs enovation, replaced, and cleaned. Bed frames pf metal had parts sticking out, my son tripped over it, joint area around AC unit was moldy, bathroom shower not functioning properly, pool was closed with out of service notice. General Manager was rude and grouchy, handing front desk job himself. Wondering how this hotel was allowed to use RAMADA brand.

We chose this hotel because of the location. The property is in need of a major overhaul. The light above the sink did not work. The A/C was very noisy and inconsistent in the amount of air that it produced. The window screen was bent and barely hanging on. The carpet was dirty. The bed was good and the linens were fine. The person on duty at checkout when we mentioned some of the issues said that they had just purchased the property and were working on improvements. The hotel barely met our minimal standard for a room, even for just an overnight before a flight out.

We booked this property from Canada through expedia. Upon check in, our reservation was confirmed by the reception but he was unable to let us in as expedia was rejecting the charges for our stay. We were informed that we need to contact expedia. The hotel attendant was rude and unprofessional. He is not even willing to help and allow us use their phone to contact expedia so we had to activate the roaming services on our phone. Expedia explained that they were rejecting the charges from the hotel as they are way higher than the agreed rate at the time of booking. The hotel attendant kept on charging them with the higher amount so expedia had to relocate us. However, after 4 hours of back and forth between expedia and the hotel, we were finally allowed to check in at around 7pm ( we arrived and tried to check in at around 3pm) We have been using expedia as our travel agent for a long time and this is the first time to have this really awful experience. We will definitely not recommend to stay in this hotel.

Horrible experience at this hotel. The evening staff told us he was manager and completely jerked us around during our stay when we brought up issues we were experiencing. I had booked a king suite with jacuzzi, and got a king room with a jacuzzi that didn’t work and leaked all over our room. Someone vomited all over the sidewalk outside our room and our concerns were completely dismissed and told "it's not my problem". We instead watched and listened to giant rats clean up the vomit... not appealing at all. AC unit was VERY loud, in room phone didn't work, so we had to walk to the main desk and wait in line to talk to the "manager" (who wasnt even the manager at all we later found out. Area was not a very safe neighborhood at all. Full hot breakfast wasn't that at all either, unless you think packaged oatmeal, toast (with no butter), or sour waffle batter will suffice. We ended up eating at the Dennys down the road for breakfast instead. Also, there is NO housekeeper??! They have a beautiful salt water pool and hottub that no one was allowed to use that was kept under lock and key for no reason. Dont recommend at all.

Don’t go to this Ramada, go and check Room 161 it smells, beds has iron sticking out that hit my fit. And air conditioner are too noisy. Toilet fan is too loud. Shower won’t spray. This hotel is not like other Ramada, probably the worst Ramada in US

The carpet in the lobby are and stairs near the front desk had stuff on them when I checked in, and it was still there when I checked out. Also the laundry room on the second floor near the lobby stairs was a mess each time I walked by it. The key card had to be rekeyed four times…I only stayed there one night. Then, they actually charged me $30 to check in early. My room was already ready for me, yet they still charged me. Not a very good business practice to encourage people to return. Got up to my room and found the toilet not properly mounted and moved a lot when sat on. There were two loose steps on the outside staircase near my room. Definitely not a place I will ever stay again.
