Las habitaciones del hotel no son cómo se muestran en las fotos, nada que ver!! están muy viejos los muebles, la alfombra y sillón se sienten muy sucios, huele a encierro. Definitivamente muy decepcionada.

Great staff, clean room, free breakfast. Not much else you can really ask for.

Front desk guy was very pleasant and respectful. We checked in around midnight and we left by 8. It was great place to sleep. Simple older room. Not many plugs for chargers and amenities. Room was clean but outdated. Bed was very comfy. Light over sink didn’t work well. It was quiet outside. No complaints for price we paid.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at and I would appreciate a full refund of the money we paid. This was a horrible experience for me and my family and it ruined our family trip that we had planned for over a year. We were given a room with a bed and a pull out sofa and the sofa was boarded shut, I have photos, so I had to sleep on the uncomfortable couch. The shower was leaking all over the bathroom, they gave us another room which was even worse, the shower head was broken and the toilet didnt flush, we had to use the bathroom in the lobby. We also had to purchase air freshener as there was a smell that was so unpleasant we couldn't stand it. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience, and as I stated before, I would appreciate a full refund of the money we paid for this hotel that was horrible.

No pool despite property showing it. Ants all over rooms. Stains on carpet.

last hotel before going home
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur Hotelsi read the reviews, but the price was too tempting (low). went to look at hotel. they are dumping money into it , what i saw and are very concerned about how it looks and is. room was nice. we spent 13 days on the road and this was very comfortable too us. we drove to airport in am and it was 18 min away. met manager he was very accomodating and nice as was front desk clerk.
