It’s a nice simple room. Plenty of parking and easy access to/from 405. One problem, complaint. After booking online and pre paying for a room, there is a form and “extra fee” to sign when you check in! $50.

Outside doors of hotel are not locked even though there is a sign that says key cards must be used as doors are locked. Was assigned one room, toilet was running when we walked in and would not flush. Moved to different room. Charged $12 to park.

Staff was friendly and efficient and very helpful. The breakfast was ok with somwhat limited choices, especially the day the pastry syppliee did not show up. The pool was refreshing and clean but i got a little leery using the pool after i saw a rat scurrying along the railing at night. I was a bit dismayed that the workout room was "out of order" for 3 days. But it was comfortable and clean and we envied the shower pressure.

Waited an hour and a half past check in time to get a room. Bathroom was dirty and gross. One of the exits was unsafe in the hallway.

Weight room was out of order , pool was out of order . No prior notice of these closures , property could use some maintenance….

The place is pretty run down with caution tape along walkways and dilapidated siding. Entrance to the building where my room was located was not secure. The door actually looked broken. There were large stains on the carpet in my room and the ironing board was broken to where I couldn't iron my shirt. I guess you get what you pay for. Won't stay there again.
