I would rate this as an average location.
CONS: Evening front desk check-in employee was rather unfriendly. I had booked two rooms (on same reservation) through a third party (expedia). Listed a different name on both rooms at time of booking, so I guess that means you don't get to check-in to both rooms at the same time? Front Desk employee was rather rude when I asked about the second room after only giving me one. Several separate buildings that are spread out. No elevators, so if your room is located anywhere but main building lower level, you will be carrying your luggage up several flights of stairs. Hot water not working in our room/building on first morning (front desk staff did however kindly fix the issue in a timely manner). Slightly outdated complex.
PROS: Morning/day front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Fairly clean complex. Price reasonable. Convenient location. Lots of parking available (not sure why they needed to charge $13 a night, should be free). Quiet. Morning "grab-n-go" was ok. Consisted of individually wrapped bagels and pastries, along with a few other items.
Probably would not choose this location again.

it would be nice to see the facility remodeled but staff was great and our room very clean as it was the last time we stayed there about 15 years ago

The property is nothing fancy and is somewhat dated but nevertheless it’s in a prime location and the staff make everything very easy and fast. I’ve stayed here 4 times and really enjoy it.

I didn’t like that the place… was very rundown and extremely expensive… for money for value. I will not be staying here again.

It was reasonably priced. We were able to get a bus from SEATAC to the hotel and walk everywhere we wanted to go.

I always enjoy staying at the Red Lion Hotel. Parking is reasonable and easy. Breakfast is included in my stays. Easy access to freeway. I am a return customer.
