we asked to have the room cleaned in advance of my wife's eye surgery. a day and half later, after 3 requests, we waited in the car after her surgery for about an hour. I generally don't write negative reviews but this was totally unacceptable.

Nice hotel spread out in a fairly quiet location. Plenty of parking and in many cases right in front of your room. The rooms are split into block of 4 rooms I think with the small pool at the centre.
The room was very large, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Whilst clean and fine, the bathroom area looked a little dated.
The breakfast was nice and even when busy there was no issue finding somewhere to sit. It was a big plus that they left out coffee all day
Only minor criticism is that room cleaning is only once a week, we a 'refresh' every other day. Seems like a cost cutting measure that should be looked at.

Bathroom needs upgrade!

Key number got from Expedia are different from the local office. The lock could not be opened until we found the local office which was not easy to be found, the officer gave us a different number, finally we got door opened. Thanks
