Uncomfortable beds
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsThe decor of the rooms were adorable however, the beds were SO uncomfortable, didn’t get a good night sleep. Definitely not worth the price.

It wasn’t clear about the resort fee which wasn’t really worth it. The gym was very basic and small.

Our apologies that the amenity fee was not made more clear upon your booking - and we do typically cover it at check-in as well. We understand that it may be an inconvenient fee but it does allow us to keep competitive with the area hotels- and provide things that are more unique like the reusable water bottle, the water filling station and the bicycle program. The size of the gym may be smaller than some others in your travels, but we've done what we can within this building to be able to provide workout space for guests. Please feel free to reach out to us if you'd like to discuss anything more personally. Clean and fun hotel

The staff went above and beyond to help is feel welcome from the moment we entered the hotel by offering us 2 complimentary drinks and wonderful cookies which are baked feesh everyday by a local baker. The room was extremely comfortable, new looking and very clean.

One of the staff members she went by the name of Kush was so helpful and telling us where to go, say how to get around and be safe.
