Our room was not ready until after 4! Lack of staff. No bellman to assist with luggage. Trendy not very good for families!

Perfect pineapple stay!
Posted Aug. 22, 2024 on HotelsWe had an amazing stay. The hotel decor is eclectic, funky, and so fun -- pineapples everywhere! All the attention to detail made it a fun stay. All staff were so friendly. The room and shower felt luxurious.

Very fun hotel! Provided a bottle of wine & chocolate bar for a birthday and a free drink for each of us (unrelated)
The only criticism was the bikes available for guest use were not in the best repair. My husband had to walk one back with a broken part and my seat adjuster fell off of mine.
Also, very expensive parking!
