Overall the only thing that was good about this hotel was location. Certainly didn't feel like a four star hotel and definitely not worth the price. (Unless you are going on a cruise, and even then, I still wouldn't recommend staying here). The room was tiny. Trains kept passing by all day/night and were loud if you are on the back side of the hotel. Hotel was showing its age, with everything looking old and smelling musty. The staff was friendly though.

This hotel was beautiful I tell you !! Great location by the water and the restaurants nearby, friendly service, and super clean too thank youuu!! On the downside it’s pricey I can’t lie😅😅!!

Arrived much earlier than check in time. Planed on leaving bags and walking arround. Front desk went out of the way to find us an available room.

We had a wonderful time, loved the customer service and the hospitality. My only suggestion would be to clean the cobwebs off ceilings

I personally loved the property overall. A few things I didn't care for; coffee bar not well stocked, there was a slight smell of mustiness like mold in the room but nothing overwhelming and I had to request room service (cleaning). The location was perfect, views are to died for, the staff was outstanding, and all that was important to me.
