Yes. The inn is very old. I think that just adds to the charm. The Inn is close to all of the touristy spots like pike place and the water front. It is literally a 15 minute walk to downtown. And the best part for me was that it was also a 15 minute walk to the light rail which I use as my main transportation. The staff were very kind and professional. Not only is it a great spot for tourist. The inn at Virginia Mason is also used by a lot by people getting medical procedures or families visiting people that are staying in the hospital. I felt like the staff were very empathetic and good at what they did. The cleaning staff were extremely nice, quick, and competent at what they did. And finally, their were great restaurants just blocks away plus a convenient store. There is a great bakery just a half a block away that I got my coffee and breakfast every morning. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.

This property was great! Clean, friendly and right next door to Virginia Mason where we needed to be early in the morning for a surgery. We didn't explore the area, but the hospital had a great cafeteria/convenience store for dinner and breakfast. The only bad thing was the hill you walked up from the parking garage. There is a drop off spot near the door, but whoever parks will have to walk the block up the hill.

The stay at the hotel was great. Loved our room! The only negative is the location of the hotel, and the outside noise - people yelling, etc. But we understand that's just what comes with that location. There used to be a restaurant in the hotel, but I'm not sure it was operating. That would be a plus for the hotel.

The first room we had the heat did not work. Maintenance was not able to fix it. Then we had some sort of animal in the wall behind the bed digging and scratching all night. We complained at the desk and they upgraded us to a queen suite for the last three nights. The upgraded room had a clogged bathroom sink and a horrible sewer smell. The bathroom floor had dirty linoleum layer on top of some sort uneven rotten flooring so that it squished when you walked. If my nephew wasn’t staying in the hospital for brain surgery we would have left immediately. We would never stay or recommend anyone to stay here.

The hotel definitely needs to improve their Internet access as I was not able to the hotel network at all. Also the cable would go in and out. But it was nice to have a hotel right next door to the hospital.

This hotel is great if you have appointments in any of the Virginia mason buildings. There is a walk through so you don’t have to travel the exterior street. Even if you are not using the hospital it would be a great comfortable place to stay. It’s a steep hill down to pikes place. Or better a bus ride can take you there. Good food around the corner

We stay here as we come from out of town for medical procedures. This time I need to start prep for procedure and was told couldn't check in until 4:00 PM. I needed to start prep earlier. We were on the 5th floor which was very cold. Was told build to old can't change temp. We have used this property several times but not more.

Loved the location considering i was having surgery at Virginia Mason. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and quick to help out when needed. I would totally stay there again if was to be in that area again.
