très bel emplacement, la majorité du personnel l accueil était très accueillant et accommodant sauf une personne le 13 sept a notre arrivée le matin ,cette femme au cheveux blond a été très impolie avec nous ,on avais installer nos valise dans un petit local sous clé en attendant d avoir nos chambre ,cette femme nous a crier après quand on a demander de prendre notre sac avec médicament ,elle était très impatiente ,on l a aussi rapporter le lendemain a la réception ,celle ci était désole

Hôtel vétuste et extrêmement bruyant !

Hôtel qui présente bien sûr le site mais sur la place , cents la déception 😞 Vétusté, chambre donnant sur l’hôpital d’à côté extrêmement bruyante plus de 60 décibels ! Impossible de dormir ! Pas de climatisation ! Pas de frigo, ni de micro-onde pas de petit-déjeuner Salle de bain vétuste 🙁 nous avons demandé de changer de chambre mais sans succès hors l’hôtel n’affichait pas complet pas de bonne volonté ☹️

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter à pied la ville. Excepté la côte qui monte à l’hôtel, l’hôtel était bien. Le personnel sympathique. Le chauffage est un peu bruyant.

The hotel is in a good quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The exterior is beautiful in its heritage and you can see character in the lobby. After that things go downhill. There’s no restaurant or café. There’s one elevator suitable for 2 people and luggage. The room, although very spacious, was quite dated and didn’t have air conditioning. The bathroom was extremely dated and felt like a converted hospital bathroom from the 70s. Sort a Nurse Ratchet feel. We could also hear the people in the room next door clearly (at 3am). It has potential but needs a serious remodel. The staff were helpful and friendly:)

A great place to stay. The room was very spacious and clean. There were some minor problems like the door on the bathroom not actually locking, the included microwave in the room didn’t work (yes it was plugged in) and one of the head boards for the bed wasn’t even attached was just sitting there. But nothing major. The staff was very friendly on arrival however when asked what might’ve been a stupid question later the response seemed sort of rude. (For clarification we brought a Nintendo switch and tried hooking it up to the tv in the room but it popped up saying it was blocked and to check with the front desk.) When I went down to ask if they were able to allow us to connect it the response I got was, “ we aren’t THAT kind of hotel” in what seemed like a rude and annoyed tone. A simple “we aren’t able to” or even a “no” would’ve sufficed. But oh well it’s fine didn’t really bother me much I was just surprised lol. Beds were pretty comfy and the wifi would sometimes randomly drop connection for a few seconds and I didn’t have the best service (data wise, not blaming it on the hotel it jus seemed to be being interfered with as once I was a ways away had 4 bars) usually only one bar maybe two while in the room. Overall a great experience and a convenient location to stay in if in the area. Would recommend and stay again.

We always try to stay at the Inn when we have doctors appointments. Just wish so.eone would open the restaurant. Used to be our favorite.
