Fantastic weekend stay!
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe had a great time at the W in Seattle. Everything from check-in to check-out was amazing, the bar was fun, in-room food service was spectacular. Location was perfect, it seemed that nearly everything we wanted to do or see was within walking distance. We especially loved Garrett from room service, who went out of his way for us a few times and was always cheerful! We hope to see him again on our future visits!

Issues at FD upon checkin due to booking with Expedia and unable to make changes between multiple rooms - inconvenient. TV didn’t get off the Marriott channel when trying to use the remote.

The room was very clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view. The area outside around the property wasn’t very clean or nice. Also when you put the deposit down for the room, they tell you that it take 5-10 business days to go back on your card. It’s been 11 days and I still haven’t received mine yet.
