Tired hotel in need of a renovation

Great location but very tired hotel. We ticked the “breakfast included” box when booking through Hotels.com but we found out it wasn’t included when we checked in. That meant an other $200+ for our family of 4. Beds were quite small, no shampoo and only decaf coffee provided. Very expensive for what it was. Overall quite disappointing

It’s a great location, but needs to have a deep cleaning and new mattresses.

The room and lobby were quite clean, but the bathroom was pretty dark, particularly when we were taking a shower and had the curtain closed. Nice view.

The charges for parking are too high.

The computer system was down, check in was extremely difficult. We had to switch rooms three times due to wrong bed size and horrific smell. The ac unit was loud which made it difficult to sleep. We were hoping for a late check out due to how long it took us to get to our room but was told no. The staff did do a great job on bringing guests up to their rooms since they could not issue key cards.
