Tired hotel in need of a renovation
Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HotelsGreat location but very tired hotel. We ticked the “breakfast included” box when booking through Hotels.com but we found out it wasn’t included when we checked in. That meant an other $200+ for our family of 4. Beds were quite small, no shampoo and only decaf coffee provided.
Very expensive for what it was. Overall quite disappointing

Very nice, kids loved the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was phenomenal. It’s a downtown hotel or a major city, so we seen a lot of drug use, homeless people. Which is what it is, the hotel cannot control that. Overall experience of the hotel itself was definitely a 4.5/5
