Disappointing
Publié le 3 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayNo clear check in info, place wasn’t clean. We brought our own vacuum and had to use it right away. Bad communication from the owners. Made up rules about pets that contradicted their listing.

Good afternoon Chase, I realize when you get caught being dishonest it is easy to lash out and continue to be dishonest. That is a shame. You know as well as I do that your review is not truthful. The home is always impeccably clean and detailed. You were sent check-in information the night before your check in so that is a falsity as well. The only issue is that you brought 2 dogs with you and didn't mention them in your reservation so you wouldn't be charged for them. I'm sorry, it does not work that way. We love fur babies and do allow them. The reason being is the additional cleaning costs and possible damages incurred by pets who are in a new place. Both of your dogs seems to be excessive shedders and I did incur additional cleaning costs due to removing dog hair from the furniture and linens. I wish you both well but have recommended to other host that they think twice before renting to you again as you are not an honest person. Thank you and Happy Holidays. Santa is always watching.

Dolphin house was wonderful
Publié le 26 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here visiting family and were very happy with the entire stay. Communication was excellent and any little issues were handled quickly and thoroughly. The house was very clean and very inviting. Beds were comfortable and towels were big and fluffy. The full size washer and dryer came in handy. Kitchen was well appointed and cooking was easy. Loved the screened in porch where we could see birds, squirrels and the ever curious lizards. Even saw a big pileated woodpecker in the tree one morning while having breakfast. Was conveniently located near a grocery store and a pharmacy. Would stay here again iof in the area.

Beautiful Home

The house was very very clean and smelled amazing. The property owner was very communicative as well. We had no problems. Such a gorgeous porch too to relax and have a coffee on that they provided! Along with teas and such. 10/10 I would stay again.
