Nicole provides everything that is needed for a stay here.since we were here for 4 days and like to cook our meals one or two more pots would be ideal. And perhaps a dish pan as there is no dish washer. Otherwise very comfortable here😀

Kayaks are very good quality.

Publié le 27 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a lot of fun staying at this property! It’s located in a great spot, central to many great restaurants and of course the museum. It’s a nice drive over to the island and all of the beaches and state park too. The bungalow was so cozy and sweet and was nicely equipped with anything you might need for cooking, relaxing, beach going or even biking. Nichole was amazing and friendly very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to come back at a better time of year for treasure hunting. 😉

Overall you will love this place and close proximity to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, Rx and bait and tackle shops. The boat ramp is right across the street and well equipped with good amount of parking and restroom facilities. Nicole is a sweetheart and very responsive to any needs you may have. Have stayed here twice and won’t be the last.

we were not in the unit for any long length of time during the day

Not only would it inspire privacy but also shield some of the light that comes in from all the streetlamps and possibly decreasing the volume of the sirens rolling along the main drag out in front of the museum. The hot water wasn't very hot and the bathroom sink could not be unplugged no matter how hot (added boiling) the water was going down that drain.

Thanks for the feedback Bruce. No one has ever mentioned getting curtains, I assume because the blinds that are installed suffice. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about the streetlamp and sirens, but I will keep this curtain idea in mind for the future. I have never had an issue with hot water in the unit my apologies on that, perhaps the handle wasn't turned all the way. I will look into the bathroom drain issue immediately thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Location, location, location!

You can walk for miles along the river , fish off the pier, eat at one of the many restaurants within walking distance, have a few cocktails or just relax. Your host Nicole is the best!

Perfect location
Publié le 14 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayVery clean and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need. Great location, close to our relatives but also close to many bars and restaurants. From now on, anytime we visit my parents, we will stay here.
