This was an excellent place to stay! They celebrated our anniversary with extra special touches which was appreciated! Clean and friendly staff. Restaurant was fantastic!

Beautiful view from pool. Would prefer waiter/waitress to be poolside. A little inconvenient to order online from code for pool delivery. We had a adjustments needed to items ordered and/or questions, and no one was as the pool bar stand, hardly ever, so had to go inside for service for the most part.

Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. Great views, food and spa. Tonya was outstanding for our facials. Kimberly and James were amazing for massages.
Only negative was when we checked in we were never offered any welcome gift, champagne or restaurant gift card like the other guest did. We brought this up to the manager Kat and she didn’t seem to care!
Other than that, we loved it.

The room, facilities, restaurant and pool area are great. The shining star for us is the staff. We arrived late and they were very welcoming, hospitable and helpful. Throughout our stay the staff never disappointed. If you take clean comfortable rooms, great onsite restaurant, throw in a great pool and bar and add an excellent staff you can’t lose. We loved it.

Quiet.
Posted Aug. 3, 2024 on HotelsComfortable. However when you boom here you are trapped due being at the bottom of the hill and waiting on valet anytime you want to leave. Resort is secluded and peaceful with great ambiance. Spa doesn’t compared to big city all inclusive spas although the price reflects those spas. But the service and individual employees are great. Restaurant is ok.
