Oasis in the heart of Sedona

FR: Excellent hotel, aussi bien pour l'emplacement, le confort, la vue (côté piscine), le service (en particulier Ricardo D qui a été très serviable et plein de conseils).
EN: Excellent hotel, as well for the place, the confort, the view (swimming pool side), as for the service (in particular Ricardo D who was very helpful and full of advices)

Dinning menu very short and multiple fees that add up. Felt as I was being nickled and dime. But very nice and convenient

Resort is really nice, my family and I enjoyed staying at the property. the only negative thing I can say, one of the queen beds sheet and pillow case had multiple small red stains, it looked like blood stains. Make sure to check for clean bedding on your arrival don’t check before going to sleep.

Amazing staff (Tony, Kylie, Veronica, Kevin, and Daisy plus all the others we interacted with). Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. The hotel was very nice and in a great location and the pool was kept up well and low key. It was a great couples get away weekend. We will be back.

Overall a relaxing stay in a quiet and picturesque setting. Sunset in the pool area and dining room beautiful. However, for the price we paid I would have expected a higher standard of service especially in the pool area. The extra fees imposed like the $35 dinner tax, resort fee and resort fee tax made our visit more expensive than we had planned. Our room was nice enough though the carpet had many stains near the TV area.
