Beautiful view!
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis reviews the upper level portion of the house. The view out of the living room is gorgeous! Mountains and red rock everywhere. The house is close to downtown but not too close as it is very busy. The owners truly take great care to make sure things are comfortable.

Wonderful quiet location

Awesome stay!

Sedona get away

Everything we needed to be able to relax, cook, hang out and enjoy the spectacular scenery was spot on. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Would book this again for sure!!

Great location

This was an affordable option that allowed us to cook, do laundry and have a comfortable bed to sleep in. The location is 10 minutes from the major hikes, and 10 minutes from the “uptown” area. It was clean, the owners were communicative and kind. Perfect for what we needed. Definitely would recommend. They also supply you with a red rock pass to use for the Sedona hiking area!

Spring break getaway
Publié le 2 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe listing and property really did earn a five star rating. It’s not a brand new house by any means but has been well maintained and updated. The only negatives: it just has one bathroom but that really wasn’t a problem since we all cooperated. The only other thing was that they could use another layer of gravel on the path from the driveway to the front door to help avoid dragging in mud during wet weather.

And yes, as advertised this unit has one bathroom but we do have the unit downstairs for those needing another sleeping area and another bathroom, just ask! Simple 2BR w/Easy Access
Publié le 22 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place is right off the main road in West Sedona and a stone's throw away from my favorite post ride food at Famous Pizza. The place has ample parking, an outside area you can bbq, and the host easily gave us additional access to the garage to store our mountain bikes instead of having to bring them in the house. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to clean up our dirty gear and the checkout process was super simple. They also had a parking pass for the different trailheads around Sedona and a welcome packet that would answer some questions for people in town for thier first time. Be aware it's only one bathroom, so if you are a group you'll definitely be a little bottlenecked there. Aside from the kitchen sink being a little unique, the place was perfect and for the price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
