Très bon accueil dès le premier jour, les piscines sont ouvertes jusqu'au soir 22h, c'était un très beau séjour !

Lors de notre arrivée le ménage etait insuffisant. Miettes sur le sol et dans les fauteuils. Certains logements donnent directement sur une route tres passante 89A. Il faut absolument choisir une chambre mesa un peu plus chére mais avec vue sur la montagne plutôt que la rue. Sinon l'appartement etait très spacieux et bien équipé avec un balcon avec vue. Il y a aussi plusieurs piscines et jacuzzis sur le site.

3 days without Internet Connection (room 134P). Our way of traveling means that we need an Internet connection. During the day we are very busy with outdoor activities. In the evening, we are usually connected. Preparing our next activities, checking weather, reading news, Facebooking, Messaging, FaceTiming … was IMPOSSIBLE from our room. The staff informs us that the Internet is intermittent on the Resort. We are in 2022, no excuse is valid. We are doing a Road Trip and this is the first accommodation where this has happened to us. To get an Internet connection we had to walk a few minutes from our room to the Resort lobby. A nightmare. This Resort offers many non-essential services: swimming pool, Spa, BBQ, gym and so on. I call the Internet essential. Tip for Resort administrators: change your priorities.

We are sorry that you had problems with the WIFI. Currently the best WIFI is in the lobby. We are working on updating the WIFI on the property and it should be complete by Spring.

Was a beautiful property and had so much to do! Had amazing views of the mountains and the pools and hot tub was amazing! They room and property was spotless clean. The only thing I wish is that housekeeping came… They only come once a week and we asked if someone can come get the trash and they never came after saying they would… Everything else was a beautiful place to stay. Definitely would come back.

Broken kitchen window on the ground floor! Old bath fixtures. Over the top sales and we weren't there for that.
