This brand new home in quaint Uptown Sedona has the same charm and comforts of the Peach Tree Inn, right next door. With views to enjoy from the front porch you won't be disappointed in the location of this home! The floor plan allows for relaxation and has all of the amenities guests will need for a wonderful stay. All of the furnishings are new and were selected with a guest perspective in mind. The bedrooms have queen beds and enough room for guests to make the house their own. Each room has a desk for charging phones and computers, or a place to get some work done. The rooms have TV's, so guests can relax in bed and watch a movie. There are two full bathrooms that each have a spacious shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking any meal you might want to plan and enjoy with a large dining table. There's a large inviting great room with plenty of space for all guests to be comfortable. A TV and a comfy sectional couch, and additional chairs, are all available for your lounging and relaxation.

Fantastic Sedona Gem!
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Genna's place in Uptown Sedona! The house and decor were contemporary, spacious and immaculate. Genna was easy to reach when we had a few questions about the house, and she gave us excellent recommendations for nearby hikes and restaurants. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable! The location was great and though it was right in uptown with restaurants and shops right around the corner, it was very quiet. We highly recommend this rental property and definitely would love to return there on future visit to Sedona!

Great space in town, conveniently located and walkable to shopping, restaurants, Pink Jeep, and some trails. Quick drive to Oak Creek or West Sedona for more hikes. The space was super clean, with well appointed bathrooms and decently supplied kitchen. The laundry was a nice convenience. Would definitely rent again if we wanted a space in town.

Amazing Home - Close to Everything - Amazing Views
This is the place to stay. Tell all your friends. The house is immaculate, and they have all the extras to make your stay enjoyable. Blankets and fireplace for cold days. Hiking books and their apple butter. A two-minute walk to restaurants and shops. Views all around. We were blessed to find this awesome place to stay.

Fabulous Place!
The property was beautifully furnished, very comfortable well equipped, The location was great as a short walk to Uptown Sedona restaurants and attractions. We had a change in work schedule and Genna was very accommodating.. She is an excellent communicator and has special touches such as coffees and teas.. if we come to Sedona again we will definitely stay here and we’ll recommend it to our friends and family.

Cute House! Great location!
We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The house was super cute, very clean, and quite comfortable especially after a long day of hiking and off-roading at some of the Sedona sights. Even better was the location - it was within walking distance from many local shops and restaurants. And the apple cider jelly and coffee cake mix was a nice added touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place
The house was very comfortable and well put together. It is clean and spacious. I was with a friend and we each got our own room and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need. There are trails and restaurants within walking distance of the home. I would definitely recommend this house for a nice relaxing getaway to Sedona, AZ.

Although only two of us in this two bedroom house, it worked out perfectly. The property has new high end appliances and plenty of room. It is also @5 mins from the Main Street of Uptown Sedona with all the shops and restaurants you need. All round excellent.

This house made our stay great. We were able to walk down to everything. Lots of parking which is really lacking in downtown so it made our trip so nice not to have to worry about parking
