Sedona Last Wagon Estate is recently updated with new furniture, paint, and decor. It is centrally located in West Sedona and about a half a mile from AZ-89A, you will be close to shopping and restaurants, hiking and biking trails, and all that Sedona has to offer.

This single-level home has an open floor plan and offers 2,100 square feet to sleep up to six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Living Room: Features gorgeous furnishings, 65" TV, and a warm gas fireplace. The many windows offer natural light and terrific views.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There's also an adjacent sitting area surrounded by windows.

Dining room: Seating for six people at the circular table with comfortable leather chairs.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master Suite – King bed, flat screen TV, and a private bath with a large soaking tub, dual sinks and separate shower.
Master Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed, full private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double sinks.

Beautiful home, wonderful patio area, hot tub was great and even views of the red rocks from the patio. Close to town, but the neighborhood was very quiet. Would 100% stay here again.

The description and photos are very accurate. The yard and view are pretty and relaxing. Everything you'll need is in the house, well stocked kitchen where we cooked full meals. Easy walking access to great trails. Grocery store is very close.

Perfect location for us. Beautiful views in a relaxing setting. Overall an excellent stay. Management requires you to do a lot of their work and stayed in literature they will charge you. Can I charge them for taking the garbage can to the street as it was asked in their literature. 😁 It was not clear where a few things kitchen items were, towels for the hottub or the laundry detergent. We ended up finding the detergent in a coffee mug in the kitchen. The Keurig was not working correctly but we were still able to make coffee in the coffee maker using the filters provided that are not the correct type. With a few of those minor hiccups this place was an excellent stay and met most of our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the property was perfect. We enjoyed the location as the views were great, day with the red rocks and night with all of the stars. I used the hot tub every night after a long day of hiking and it was exactly what I needed to recover for the next days adventures.

A Wonderful Place to Stay In Sedona!
This place was awesome!!! It is only 3BR/2BA but the house is very spacious! And the views are incredible. My wife and I slept in the middle King bedroom first since the bed was low, unlike the high bed in the primary bedroom. We tried the primary bed on the second night and it was comfortable, but high, which can be surprising in the middle of the night when making a bathroom run... :-) The kitchen is HUGE, but the layout is a bit odd. There is a huge island in the middle of the work triangle, causing the sink to be quite a distance from the gas range. And the silverware is by the sink. Likewise, the placement of appliances and related supplies was a bit odd. For example, you'd expect the coffee cups to be near the coffee maker... But these are just nits in a really nice kitchen. The best part of the house was the backyard. First is the view of the mountains/mesas. Gorgeous! Next is the landscaping! Tons of flowering grasses (White Gaura) to Salvia to succulents and cacti. The water feature (waterfall and small pond) was nice. There were tons of birds from hummingbirds to cardinals to jays. Watch the mosquitos in the shade and at night, but while they were plentiful and biting, we didn't seem to react to them like the ones back home. Overall, fantastic place to stay. We want to come back to Sedona and stay longer and will definitely try to rebook this place first!

The house was perfect, every room was modern and well furnished and spacious. Professionally managed for stays so they thought of everything including welcome kit. Plenty of games in house to use. Outdoor spa was great. Great location, views, and neighborhood. The family didn’t want to leave.

Great property with an amazing view and perfect location. We were greeted with a notebook with all you need to know information about not only the property but things to do in the area as well from hiking trail descriptions to restaurants to tour companies. It was very helpful! The home was fully stocked and well maintained. We would stay here in a heartbeat!

Nice Place and Great View
The place was very nice and it had a great view. We had a couple of issues the coffee pot Keurig wasn’t working. We found a coffee pot and the coffee pot took 30 minutes to brew one pot of coffee. We also had a problem with the hot water. It took well over 5+ minutes to get hot water. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom we tried with every remote they had in the house and never got the master bedroom to work. All the remotes controlled the other fans in the living room and the spare bedrooms. I own a VRBO and granted we didn’t run out of toilet paper or paper towels, but I supply enough for for my guests. I don’t tell them they have to run out and go grab more. The faucet in the kitchen was temperamental and had to be shut off just right or it would leak water . It was a beautiful place. We had a nice time but for the price I paid the coffee pots should be working and the other pot that we used was slower than molasses. Granted when I called the agency, they were very nice and shipped out another one, but the Keurig only made one cup of coffee each time and the coffee pot, We still waited on for four people . The view out the back window was wonderful and it was a nice location. Thank you for letting us stay at your home. It was very nice and we did have a good time.

Wonderful Cozy Property with GREAT Views
This house is very comfortable and perfectly located. All beds were comfy as was the living area. Loved the extra space in the kitchen for sitting. Great backyard with big hot tub and fabulous views. The kitchen has spices, but no extr paper towels. We really appreciated the garage access as it was below freezing during our stay so it was nice to park the car in the garage. Able to walk from the house to a trailhead to access Soldier Pass. We can’t wait to return!

It was just me, and my fiancé in the place had everything we needed. The waterfall feature in the back was so nice to have while sitting around a small fire. The views are amazing and the hot tub was very nice. The layout of the house is great too with the master on one end in the other rooms on the other side, I would recommend this to couples and small families. We will definitely visit again.

Tranquility in West Sedona
Perfect location, loved the backyard patio with gorgeous view of Coffeepot rock! The house was very comfortable although a little “tired” inside. Overall, we were very pleased and happy to be in the Western part of Sedona away from a lot of the crowds and traffic congestion. Good restaurants and grocery stores were close by.

Relax and Renew in this Engaging Home
We have stayed at many locations in Sedona, and this is our favorite. The house is spacious, well decorated, lots of natural light and a "perfect" backyard with views of the Red Rocks. Enjoy hiking the nearby trails and relaxing afterwards in the hot tub or near the firepit. Expect to return many times over! Management was very responsive!
