Sitting in a serene and quiet cul-de-sac, Sedona Sunrise is peacefully nestled among tall pine trees. You will be near many local trails and just a short walk to Posse Grounds Park, the largest multi-user park in the area. This home offers a convenient location to many activities, yet has a secluded and tranquil feel.

This one-level property has been completely remodeled and offers three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms with plenty of space to sleep up to six guests. You'll love all the unique features and touches offered in this home.

Entering the property through the front entryway puts you right in the open and airy great room with gorgeous porcelain tile flooring, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area — all with many windows and terrific views.

Living Room: This room offers contemporary-style furnishings, and a warm electric fireplace with a bright and open feel. There is a Smart TV with theater surround sound, premium cable channels and even a DVD player and library. The living room also has direct access to the deck.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner electric cooktop, along with granite countertops, shaker cabinets, and a center island with seating for four. Check out the convenient under-cabinet TV!

Dining area: The dining area has a table with seating for six. And as a personal and welcoming touch, check out the wine rack with “Take a Bottle, Leave a Bottle” honor system. And don't forget to sign the guest book!

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom— King size bed with new, organic (non-toxic) mattresses and linens, Smart TV, and deck access. The private bathroom features a soothing, freestanding soaking tub, a separate shower and dual sinks with gorgeous marble tile.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with new, organic (non-toxic) mattresses and linens. This room also has access to the shared full bathroom with a marble tile shower.

Bedroom 3 - Two Twin Beds (or put together to make a king upon request and $30 fee) with new, organic (non-toxic) mattresses and linens. This room shares the full bathroom with bedroom 2.

The outdoor spaces are serene, and include a deck offering a delightful outdoor dining area surrounded by bench seating, and a BBQ to grill up your favorites. This spot is a stunning place to take in the spectacular sunrises and sunsets while enjoying outdoor dining, your morning coffee, or evening cocktail.

Cameras on Exterior of Property: Sedona Sunrise has one camera to the right of the garage which looks out on the driveway and cult-de-sac. The second and third camera are off each corner of the back deck and look out over the valley and not the deck itself. We were quite pleased with the property. Of the many we’ve stayed at, this is the first that has actually been as clean as claimed. The location was convenient to our planned activities. The neighborhood was quiet. The views from the property were great. We would certainly consider returning at a future date.

Perfect for longer stays
We were in Sedona for 3 days and 2 nights and chose this house for its views, location to town, and amenities. Kitchen quality is important for us because we do cook most of the time. This is one of the best-outfitted kitchens we've stayed in. Also, quietness and comfortable beds are huge. This checked both those boxes as well. If we were coming back for a week this would be a perfect place. We were only there a short time and did not get to take advantage of the bikes, pool passes, or the national park pass that was available. I would give this house 10 out of 10.

Highly recommended this property. It’s gorgeous, spacious, professionally decorated inside, with great deck with beautiful views. We are three adult women, and we were impressed with the property management’s responsiveness when minor IT issues had us stumped. We would love to come back and stay again. Easily sleeps six. Two full baths and one half bath.

Very nicely remodeled home
This home is fantastic. Newly updated with great decor, furniture, amenities. We absolutely LOVED the interior as well as the amazing views. At night it was quiet and serene, just as you’d expect Sedona to be. Unfortunately there are very loud renovations next door during the day. We would absolutely stay here again, hopefully the next door reno will be done by then.

Wonderful property in convenient location. Stayed here with our three teens - they all approved. Well appointed and very clean. We chose this location for its comfortable ambience, location, views, bikes, and outdoor space. All these areas met our expectations. Plenty of comfy spaces for everyone but not so spread out that people disappeared. Kitchen was well supplied with all the pots/pans/dishes one could want. Well supplied with towels and blankets - lots of lovely blankets. We were disappointed that 4 bikes were provided but only two helmets as the bikes were a real draw for us. Would stay here again and would highly recommend. One of our best VRBO stays.

We booked this last minute as Phoenix was way too hot. This is a perfect spot in Sedona close to everything, well maintained, comfy, clean and updated. Will definitely stay again if we ever come back to the area

Really nice property
Really nice home! We were 3 adults and 3 children. The property is within walking distance to a few restaurants and very close to many hiking trails. Everything was great, but the property could use beach towels. Also, the owners had let their pool passes expire. The community pool was a big reason we booked this property so that was a frustrating hour of trying to figure out what was wrong. We were told we would be refunded if we bought passes but the pool staff was understanding and let us in.

The Place To Stay In Sedona!
Everything about this beautiful home was perfect for our stay - comfortable beds with luxury bedding, spacious, well equipped and immaculate. We enjoyed the great deck for morning coffee and stargazing. Great lclose in location. We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately we didn’t stay at this home, which we hand selected and booked months ahead, due to this home having some AC issues. We got switched to a different home by property management. While we appreciated having the AC since it was quite warm during our stay, the home we were upgraded to wasn’t what we were looking for.

Relaxing & Comfy Sedona Home
We really enjoyed staying in this house on our trip. It is pretty, and comfortable overall. It is in a perfect neighborhood, good proximity to everything local. We loved that they had a great balcony, awesome fireplace open living area & kitchen, garage space, bikes, blankets, movies, streaming services, blow dryers and much more. Two things that could be improved in my opinion - twin beds were on the hard side, and different thickness of pillows available. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and great house
We loved this house. Clean (except for the second bedroom bed), updated bathrooms, kitchen and good seating in living space. Would stay here again. Kitchen well stocked with all we needed. Great extras like outside blankets and coolers for hiking and star gazing. Hiking books and maps, bikes and sports equipment for nearby park and board games etc. We went in Dec(off season). If planning to go during peak times getting a left turn onto main road would be difficult so you would have to go left and get to next intersection to turn around. 2 complaints would be the front door is hard to get into with the key pad so many times we just used the garage entrance. Also, the second bedroom had sand in the bed but thankfully there were extra sheets in the closet, so we did not have to wash those before we went to bed after a long day of traveling.

Lovely house in the heart of Sedona
I stayed at this property with 4 of my besties for my belated 50th birthday. The house was super clean and had a great layout. We loved how the rooms were decorated and had plenty of space to relax and catch up in multiple areas. The deck was a nice hangout area as well as the living room and kitchen area. We enjoyed everything about this place and would definitely rent it again.
