Fall Getaway
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was the perfect house for our fall hiking getaway!! The hot tub was exactly what we needed to recover from our days on the trails. The house was spotless and everything was in great working order. The communication was excellent. We will book again!

Great location and scenery is amazing
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOwner was very communicative and accommodating on check in. Owner gave us hiking and activity suggestions. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the back patio overlooking the pool, spa, and Castle rock. Perfect location near plenty of hiking trails and away from busy traffic of Sedona, yet close enough to not make it a long drive. Only reason for 4/5 on cleanliness was because we had seasonal ants in the kitchen (to which the owner was responsive to get additional ant traps and the cleaners bank to the house). Loved our trip to northern Arizona. Enjoyed a day trip to the Grand Canyon and Page, AZ

Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe pool and hot tub were the best part. The house is infested with ants…yuck. Also there is no fitness center on site as we were told there was. You have to pay $65 for a fitness pass at a nearby hotel. A wine key would have been nice so we didn’t have to buy one. This listing had a lot of rules and was constantly talking about not getting your deposit back.

Thanks so much for enjoying the stay, however, we're sorry you've misrepresented aspects of the "house" (i.e., it's not a hotel with a fitness center "on site". VRBO indeed does have some hotels, but again this listing is a "house/home" and indeed we mentioned there was a fitness center 24/7 fitness less than a quarter-mile away (SNAP Fitness with day passes at $17.50/day and weekly passes for $50). You evidenty chose to go to the main hotel resort which to boot is a little further away and has passes for $65/day, which gives you access to their spa and other amenites (i.e., pools etc). Me, I'd just go to the 24/7 fitness center (SNAP) for $17.50. Also VRBO does not hold deposits any longer so there is no fear in losing one. And lastly we're one of the homes that have a monthly pest service from TrulyNolan, however, when you leave out gooey candies, syrups from breakfast on patios and kicthen etc. then yes the southwest ants come foraging. And yes there is a wine key in the kitchen drawers. But again thanks for staying. All the best, Jeff & Eli and Family

Honestly I prefer an older and not as nice of a verbo with kids, so I’m not as nervous about the damaging something. The only real improvement I would make would be the dishwasher. The owner for this property is great to deal with and gave great trail recommendations.

The instructions for checkin and use were great. Lastly, the home was clean, beautiful, and well stocked for our stay. My group absolutely loved the pool and spa.

The space was clean and well maintained. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they are very responsive. We will be back!
