Long Weekend in Sedona
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayFriends get together for a long weekend of hiking. We needed a cabin for a base camp near Sedona. This is very convenient for much of the hikes in and around the area. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded.

Close to everything!

Comfortable cabin with good access to Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon

Potential guests might want to know that the creek is not very close to the house but is a bit of a walk down a road. There’s no parking at the creek so anyone with limited mobility might be disappointed. As other guests have mentioned, the cabin is not well lit—bring a book light if you’re a reader. All in all, a comfortable stay in a quiet little neighborhood.

Hi Amy, thank you for your review of your stay at our Sedona cabin. We are glad you enjoyed the creek, which as we have described in VRBO is a 5 minute walk from the cabin. We are sorry about the neighbor, as he was disturbed by your three dogs barking. We have requested guests to not bring more than two pets, but unfortunately was not followed. Great stay
Publié le 13 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur stay was very nice. We had a great time. The view was nice but we were limited to most views due to being in the canyon. But I did still get some nice pictures from the cabin. Inside the cabin was pretty dark but I’m sure that is partly due to it being a cabin & also because of its location & not getting much direct sunlight. We did have a great time. Check in & check out was very easy & it was a nice house to stay in. It was clean & the old furniture was nice. We really enjoyed having the griddle on the stove because we cooked & ate all our meals in the cabin except for 2 meals. We really liked the ease & having it be like our own home. It was quiet & the location was good. We could go south to Sedona & get pictures of Red Rocks & we also went north to Grand Canyon. Very nice place!!
